What kind of payment do you accept?
A personal check. When I have received it, and it has cleared the bank, I will ship the artwork to you.

How is the artwork shipped?
I ship via FedEx tube, second day air. Cost depends on the location to which the artwork is being shipped.

Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, If you feel the painting is not what you wanted you may return it in good condition within 30 days of receipt and I will refund your money minus the shipping fees.

Is the artwork framed?
No. Most people prefer to frame the artwork to match their tastes and decor.

What materials are used for the prints?
The watercolors are printed on a 140 lb. cold pressed watercolor paper and the oils are printed on a canvas.

Are the inks used for the prints colorfast?
They are printed using colorfast inks, however, no artwork should be exposed to direct sunlight for any length of time.

Do you ever give any individual painting instruction online or by email?
That can be arranged and will be addressed on a case by case basis. Send me an email if you are interested and I will discuss the details with you .
